2017 FREC + Plant Survey

Our goal with this survey is to gather some feedback on your general experience as a FREC / Plant, but in particular during PreWeek. Your anecdotes about the experience will help us improve the experience this year, which will help us make Frosh Week 2017 even better :)

1. Do you feel that PreWeek prepared you appropriately to be a FREC / Plant during Frosh Week? After Frosh Week?

2. Please tell us about a time where you felt unprepared to handle a situation involving your Frosh.

3. Do you think the PreWeek socials were beneficial? Do you have any suggestions to improve them?

4. While we cannot change ORT training, we can certainly change the specific engineering training sessions.. How appropriate or relevant did you feel your training was? Is there anything that could have prepared you to be a better FREC / Plant?

5. Did you go to Sandbanks? If so; do you think it was worthwhile? If not; why not?

6. What do you think are the most and least beneficial parts of our PreWeek?

7. Are you still connected to your frosh after Frosh Week? If so; how do you connect with them? If not; why not?

8. Looking back on the past 4 months, is there something you wish you'd had an opportunity to do with your Frosh Group? Is there anything you would change if you had the chance to go back and do it again?
