UNISON believes introducing the car parking charges in January with such a short notice period does not give members / staff ample time to prepare for such a rise.
UNISON believes that the charges should not be introduced (if at all) until the new financial year in April. This has not been accepted and as such we are consulting your views on this before we consider what to do next.
