Photo Usage Consent Form

Strathcona County encourages public participation through social media, including photo and video contests and public photo submissions. To ensure this process is managed correctly, Strathcona County will accept electronic consent in relation to photo submissions made to the County by members of the public.

Steps:

  1. Fill out the form
  2. Sign the appropriate fields
  3. Upload your picture
  4. Submit the form
  5. Wait for the confirmation email
  6. Respond to the email to validate your submission

By uploading my photo I agree that the County has my consent to use this photo in different media, including but not limited to social media, in electronic advertisement, on the County website and/or in printed materials. I confirm that I have the rights to authorize the use of these photos and recognize that the County reserves the right to publish any of these images and waive rights to inspect or approve the use of the images provided to Strathcona County. *This question is required.
