Please give the name of the nearest City, Town or Village to where the rally is taking place. Take care to spell the City/Town/Village correctly and in full.
Tell us the name of your rally, which should tell members what they should expect from the rally (for example, 'A Quiet Weekend', 'Steam Fair' or 'Golfing Rally'). The name of your rally is how it will be advertised to members, please avoid using the venue name as the name of the rally (max 25 characters).
Please provide a main contact telephone number for bookings and enquiries - please note that this telephone number will be displayed on the rally listing on our website and in print where the rally is promoted.
Please make sure you include a space in the phone number e.g 01234 567890 or 07812 965412. If you do not follow this format the number will not display on the website and members won't be able to contact you to book. Latitude and Longitude are required to generate a location map on the website. This is essential for your rallies to show when members search for rallies by location, and if it is not populated then no map will show on the rally listing.
Finding the Latitude and Longitude is simple:
- Find the rally location on google maps and zoom in. (Open Google maps...)
- With the mouse pointer over the rally site, right click and a menu will appear. The top two figures in this menu are the Latitude and Longitude:
- Click on these figures and they will copy to your clipboard. Click the cursor into the box below and right click, then select paste from the menu.
- Remember to separate out the two numbers into the correct boxes (the first number is the Latitude and the number after the comma is the Longitude) and shorten each number to 6 figures after the decimal point, for example 51.121645 and -0.000111.
