Routeways Participation Trailblazer - Survey for young people

Routeways is working with YoungMinds on a project as part of the national Amplified participation programme.

This project aims to engage with young people  with autism and their families. The questions in this survey have been designed by young people, parents and professionals from autism services in Plymouth. This survey is specifically for young people with autism. Your answers will be used to inform the development of guidelines for professionals and make recommendations as to how services can be improved. We will not ask you for any information that might make you identifiable, and any identifying information you provide will be anonymised.


 What is Amplified?
 
Amplified is about building participation right across the children and young people’s mental health system through providing participation training and consultancy, sharing good practice across the country and promoting access to participation tools and resources.
