Digital Health & Wellbeing Workshop

Your Details

Young Scot are looking for young people to take part in a project looking at how digital technology can support young people's health and wellbeing. We will be running a workshop for this project on Saturday the 28th July in Edinburgh.

Young Scot will cover all travel costs for attending this event and provide lunch.

We are especially interested in hearing from young people who are managing a health condition such as asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, or any other long term condition.

We’re working with NHS Scotland and Scottish Government on this project so by taking part in a workshop with Young Scot you will be contributing to the future planning of health services in Scotland and how technology can support young people's health and wellbeing.

As well as talking about your experiences and how digital tech could support you and people you know, we will also be looking at how digital technology can:
  • Support education in schools to equip young people with the knowledge and tools to live healthy lives
  • Reduce the stigma surrounding poor mental health
  • Improve young people’s relationships with professionals so that health and social care services are more accessible
  • Communicate to young people the value of health eating and fitness as lifelong behaviours
If you have any questions about this project or the workshop, please contact Young Scot at codesign@young.scot

If you're interested, enter your details below and we will be in touch.
