This research is being conducted on behalf of SGN (the gas network in Scotland) in partnership with Highlands and Islands Enterprise and Highland Council. The Scottish Government have requested SGN conduct research into the demand for a gas supply in the area.
The provision of a gas supply within Fort William is being investigated and your views in surveys such as this will help to inform future decision making on this topic.
This survey is being managed by independent research agency, Explain Research. The survey will take around 5 to 10 minutes to complete, depending on your answers. You don't have to answer all questions and you can withdraw from the survey at any point.
We will ask you for some information about you (gender, age, occupation and postcode) at the start of the survey but you don't have to provide this information if you prefer not to. We are collecting this information to ensure we speak to a representative sample of the Fort William population.
