Dormant Accounts - Survey for Individuals

Dormant Accounts - Individual Survey

The Big Lottery Fund (BLF) and the Department for Digital, Culture, Media, and Sport (DCMS) have developed these questions as part of our ongoing work into how £55 million of money from dormant bank accounts can be used to help ensure everyone can access mainstream financial products such as borrowing, savings and insurance products.

Your answers to this survey will help us to understand people’s experiences of financial products and services and where barriers exist when people attempt to use fair, affordable and appropriate financial products.

Your answers in this survey will be kept confidential, and we will not ask for your name or any other identifying information.  The survey is optional and you can stop at any time. It should take 5-10 minutes to complete.
