This questionnaire is managed by The Campaign Company (TCC) on behalf of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA), using the survey platform SurveyGizmo. TCC is a market research company, and Company Partner of the Market Research Society, commissioned by IFoA to host the online version of this questionnaire and independently analyse and report on the feedback to this consultation.
The questionnaire will ask you to provide some personal information, which will be used for the purposes of analysing responses to the consultation and may, if you consent when asked specifically, be used to publish responses or list respondents. You will be asked for specific consent for these purposes later in the questionnaire. This information will be held by TCC and shared with IFoA, who will store it in accordance with the specific consent you give on the following pages.
You are not required to provide this personal data, but the information garnered from these fields will help us more effectively to analyse the results of the consultation once all contributions are received.
In addition, by responding to this online survey, some additional personal information, including your IP address, will be automatically recorded. TCC will not share this information with IFoA or anyone else. Your response including any personal information you provide will be held in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016. It will be held initially by SurveyGizmo and then by TCC. TCC will hold your data until it has been transferred to IFoA and one year after the completion of TCC's contract with IFoA for the delivery of this work.
