This information will be held by TCC and will be anonymised when shared with Pool Re who will store it in accordance with the specific consent you give on the following pages. You are not required to provide this data, but the information used from these fields will provide us with data that will inform our research and case study for Pool Re.
In addition, by responding to this online survey, some additional personal information, including your IP address, will be automatically recorded. TCC will not share this information with Pool Re or anyone else. Your response including any personal information you provide will be held in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016. It will be held initially by SurveyGizmo and then by TCC. TCC will hold your data until it has been transferred to Pool Re and one year after the completion of TCC's contract with Pool Re for the delivery of this work.
