About this survey
Healthwatch Greenwich is hoping to hear from people with experience of autism. In particular, parents and carers of children and young people, as well as children, young people and adults with autism (diagnosed and undiagnosed) in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
We want to hear your experiences of understanding and accessing services, from first noticing a difference and first contact with professionals, to having assessments, and through to long term support.
Have you had excellent care and support from an individual or team within the Borough? How was the assessment process? Was the right level of understanding and support provided by schools, GPs and other professionals? What really helped and what caused problems?
