SURVEY OF BLACK MEMBERS IN LOCAL GOVERNMENT (INCLUDING THOSE IN PRIVATISED SERVICES)

Welcome

UNISON wants to find out more about the workplace experience of Black members who work in Local Government – including those whose jobs have been privatised.

In UNISON, Black is used to indicate people with a shared history. Black with a capital ‘B’ is used in its broad political and inclusive sense to describe people in Britain who have suffered colonialism and enslavement in the past and who continue to experience racism and diminished opportunities in today’s society.

This questionnaire is completely confidential, and we will not seek to identify you a result of your answers. The questionnaire should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.

The closing date for responses is Friday 21 December 2018. Please fill in what you can and thank you for your time!
