Use of your data
The Learn to Row course coordination is email-based and we require your email address in order to enable you to sign up for course sessions, communicate outing schedules or inform you of any changes to plans or cancellations. We will contact you throughout the duration of the Learn to Row course by email with messages of this nature.

We do not normally contact course members by mobile - but we may contact you this way under exceptional circumstances (for example, your not arriving at a scheduled outing, or a last-minute outing cancellation).

We will not communicate with you by post.

In order to participate in the course, we require your consent to using your data in the ways mentioned above.
