Thanks for your interest in coming along to a Young Scot workshop about young people living with asthma. We want to hear from people who have asthma themselves, as well as those who have a friend or family member around you age with asthma.

All of your travel costs will be covered or booked in advance, and we will provide food. Please provide your details below and we'll be in touch as soon as possible.

Please note: Young Scot will only use your personal information to contact you about this workshop, and will not share it with any other organisation or store it for longer than necessary. Remember that if you have taken the Asthma Survey, we can't like your responses to the info you provide here!
