Welcome to the FIS Skills Digital Training Needs Analysis 2020 (TNA 20)

General Information
 

• Ideally this survey should be completed by the dedicated person in your organisation responsible for training and development planning, such as a training officer or human resources officer.
• You can if required skip questions you feel unable to answer or are non applicable to you.
• All responses for future forecasts, should be accurate based on the date of return.
• Your TNA return will be held in confidence and in line with the FIS privacy and data protection policy.
• The TNA has an in built save function button which is located at the bottom of each page in a grey box. You will be asked for your email address and a unique link will be sent your address returning you to the last question you worked on.

If required, individual appointments with Amanda and the FIS Skills team are available from 20th December 2019 to the 28th February 2020.

The end date for submissions is 6pm Friday 28th February 2020.
