Manchester University Healthcare UNISON - HCA Survey

Are you on the right band for the job? UNISON is speaking up for Healthcare Assistants and Clinical Support Workers.

Do you work as a Health Care Assistant at MFT?
UNISON wants to know about your current workload and the duties you undertake. We believe that some band 2 HCAs may have a case to be uplifted to band 3 if they undertake band 3 duties, so we are gathering evidence to assess this. UNISON can’t guarantee that re-banding will be possible for everyone but it’s an issue we are keen to understand and to raise on your behalf where relevant.

Please take a couple of minutes to complete this survey. All responses will be treated in confidence.
