What data do we collect?

We collect the following data:

Personal identification information (Name, email address, organisation/institution etc.)
Information about your career or studying history

This survey collects your data so that we can:

Process your application to join the Next Generation 2020 committee

If you agree, this data will be accessible by the current Next Generation committee members exclusively.

How do we store your data?

We will securely store your data on the environment agency network servers.

Our Company will keep your data for six weeks. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data both on SurveyGizmo and on EA systems.

We would like to contact you to inform you of whether your application has been successful. If you do not wish be contacted in this instance, please do not complete this survey.
