Survey among lawyers on the use of electronic tools in judicial proceedings and IT systems based on AI technologyObjective
The present survey amongst lawyers aims at collecting information regarding:
- the use of ICT facilities in communications between courts and lawyers in judicial proceedings,
- the use of IT systems based on AI technology (i.e. machine learning systems).
The results of the survey will be used for the 2020 edition of the
EU Justice Scoreboard which provides comparable data on the independence, quality, and efficiency of national justice systems.
All responses will be treated anonymously and confidentially.
