“As social care workers, we are at the forefront of the struggle against COVID-19. We put ourselves at risk to provide direct care and support to vulnerable service users. 

We need the correct support, training, equipment and full sick pay to enable us to give critical care and prevent the spread of disease”

UNISON North West is campaigning to ensure social care workers receive the support and resources they need to protect our communities.
