Take our survey to help improve mental health services in Lambeth and Southwark!


We’re working with the Guy's and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust on a project about influences on young people’s mental health. This survey is for people who live in Lambeth and Southwark or have lived there in the past 2 years. It is to help get a better understanding of influences from young people’s perspectives which will help shape the future of mental health services in Lambeth and Southwark.

What happens with your feedback?
The information captured in this survey will be used and stored securely by YoungMinds and Shift only and will not be used for any purpose other than informing this project. All data will be destroyed upon the completion of this project.

Who is involved in this project?

  • Guy's and St Thomas’ are an NHS foundation trust. This means that they’re part of the Government’s plan to create more of a patient-led NHS. Guy and St Thomas run Guy's Hospital in London Bridge, St Thomas' Hospital in Waterloo, Evelina London Children's Hospital, and community services in Lambeth and Southwark.
