SCC Network - Coronavirus Survey Tracker

SCC Network - Coronavirus Tracker Survey

The Scottish economy has taken a seismic hit as a result of the lockdown to stem the spread of Coronavirus. It has impacted on every sector and region, with some effects yet to be felt.

We must all now look ahead. COVID-19 is a global phenomenon that has impacted the health of our people and our economies. We must learn from this, recover and begin to explore new opportunities. In addition, at the end of this year, we will no longer be a member of the European Union, one of our biggest trading partners.

It is now more important than ever that we channel our investment and resources to looking outward, getting contracts and connections for Scottish businesses to explore, identify new ways to sell our products and our services, and to promote Scotland’s assets and the enormous talent we possess.

Representing your needs to officials and decision makers at the heart of UK and Scottish government will continue to be our priority. Your views have never been more important than they are now. I ask you to please take the time to tell us what your plans are so we can continue to “say it as it is”.

Be assured our Network of over 30 Local Chambers throughout Scotland will continue to provide you with information, advice and support through the challenges and opportunities which are ahead.
