YS HIVE Digi Know Application

Digi Know

Join the Digi Know Steering Group

Young Scot's Digi Know Steering Group are a group of young people working with Young Scot and the Scottish Government to improve young people's cyber resilience. We are now recruiting for around 10 young people to join the Digi Know Steering Group. You’ll be working with current volunteers to identify important issues for young people around cyber resilience and work together to come up with new ideas, innovations and recommendations for improving young people’s online lives.

This opportunity is open to all young people aged 11-26 living in Scotland. No previous experience is needed.

Once you have applied, Young Scot will invite you to a digital workshop where you can meet the existing team and staff members, take part in some small group activities, and have a chance to tell us all about you. After the digital workshop, we will let you know if you have been selected to join.

If you are unsure if you'll be able to take part in a digital workshop due to accessibility needs, technology barriers, or other challenges, then we are happy to chat about what alternatives work best for you.

We'll ensure this session is a safe and trusted place for you to participate. We do not accept any form of discrimination or prejudice to anyone on our projects based on your life experience, background, culture, or identity. This includes age, disability, gender identity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation
