UNISON in British Gas Consultative Survey

British Gas is proposing to dismiss its staff and re-employ them on inferior terms. These terms are now understood and represent a detriment to almost all employees. UNISON is seeking to negotiate improvements to these proposed terms however we acknowledge that this may not be possible or acceptable. For that reason  we are asking members to indicate their priorities and also to reaffirm their  support for industrial action should that be required.
1. Would you support UNISON moving formally into a dispute with British Gas ?
2. Would you support UNISON formally balloting you for Industrial Action ? To hold a successful industrial action ballot requires a turnout above 50%
3. Would you support UNISON taking industrial action including strike action ?

Please note - If negotiations did not improve revised terms, it is likely that only industrial action will bring any improvements.
4. Of the changes outlined by British Gas which three cause you the greatest concern? *This question is required.
5. How satisfied are you working for British Gas today?

6. If the revised terms are forced through, would you want to remain working for British Gas
